Within a couple of days of submitting your online application form, you will receive an email invoice for a deposit of $300.

If you are not applying for a scholarship, then the deposit invoice is due upon receipt. If you are applying for a scholarship, then then the deposit invoice is not due until April 15. However, you should consider paying the deposit sooner, if you can. Paying the deposit guarantees the priority order of your applications. If you receive a full scholarship and have already paid a deposit, it will be refunded.

After you have paid the deposit, you will then receive an invoice for the remaining balance. This invoice will be due May 15. A late fee of $50 may be assess for payments received after May 1.

KBHC invoices will include a payment processing fee of 2% of the invoice total.
